Set times will be posted on Wednesday, July 30th at 5pm. How is the concert being set up? There are two stages of music at each day of Toms River Fest: The Lester Glenn Main Stage features premium floor and bleacher seats, plus a standing room / general admission area. The Pine Belt Auto Day Stage is all standing room / general admission. On Saturday, August 2nd, the Lester Glenn Main Stage will feature Carrie Underwood and The Lost Trailers. The Pine Belt Day Stage will feature Lifehouse, Gavin DeGraw, Push Play and more acts to be announced. In the meantime, the Poland Spring Arena will take shape as the wRAT Retro Arcade, featuring the indoor, air-conditioned glory of old-school video games, live regional entertainment and activities for all ages. On Sunday, August 3rd, Daughtry and Avril Lavigne will appear on the Lester Glenn Main Stage, while Live and Collective Soul will appear on the Pine Belt Auto Day Stage. Children's musician mr. RAY will be performing inside the Poland Spring Arena complex, which will house the wRAT Retro Arcade. What are my concert ticket options? There are three pricing options, each of which afford you entry to the entire festival. - The $75 premium seating option provides you with a seat directly in front of the Lester Glenn Main Stage, plus general admission to the Pine Belt Auto Day Stage and the festival as a whole. We provide the seat -- you don't have to bring one. -The $75 premium bleacher seating gives you a seat in the bleachers closest to the Lester Glenn Main Stage, plus general admission to the Pine Belt Auto Day Stage and the festival as a whole. We provide the seat -- you don't have to bring one. - The $50 bleacher ticket affords you a bleacher seat on the left or right-hand sides of the field directly in front of the Lester Glenn Main Stage, plus general admission to the Pine Belt Auto Day Stage and the festival as a whole.We provide the seat -- you don't have to bring one. - The $50 rear field seat gives you a seat at the back of the floor area in front of the Lester Glenn Main Stage, plus general admission to the Pine Belt Auto Day Stage and the festival as a whole. We provide the seat -- you don't have to bring one. - The $35 general admission lawn ticket affords you entry into the general admission area of the Lester Glenn Main Stage, plus the Pine Belt Auto Day Stage and the festival as a whole. This is a standing room area -- patrons will be unable to bring chairs into the festival. A seating chart can be found here. Plus, a limited number of discounted, two-day standing room / general admission passes will be available for $60. A $2 charity fee will be added to each ticket, to benefit the Toms River Schools District Technology Foundation. I want to be as close to the main stage as possible. What ticket do I buy? You want to buy a $75 premium seating ticket. What time is my favorite artist performing? Check back here closer to the show. We hope to have set times posted a few days before Toms River Fest. What else will be happening at Toms River Fest besides the concerts? Plenty. We'll have midway attractions (games of change, etc.) for the whole family, giant inflatables for the kids, BMX bike demonstrations, community exhibits, a food court, an old-school arcade setup inside the Ritacco Center, various vendors, and a gigantic fireworks display after every night's show!
How many tickets can I buy at one time? You can buy 8 tickets at one time. Are there group sales? When do tickets go on sale? They're on sale now, but for you historian types, they went on sale Saturday, May 10th at 10am.
Where can I buy tickets? Are children under 2 admitted free? Only in the general admission area. Anyone in the premium seating or bleacher area will be required to have a ticket, regardless of age. When are the fireworks? The fireworks will take place every night immediately after the concert on the Main Stage. Once I enter the festival area, how will I know my way around? All patrons will receive an official Toms River Fest program upon entry, which will include a festival map and full event information. I'd like to leave for a little while and come back later. Is that allowed? How do I get to Toms River Fest? And where do I park? The designated transportation centers are: Driving directions to these locations are listed below. Will I be able to tailgate in the parking area? No. Tailgating will be strictly prohibited in and around the festival and parking areas. Is there a charge for parking or for the "River Fest Rabbit" shuttle buses? Nope! Parking and shuttle transportation to the festival grounds is included in the price of your ticket. Are the "River Fest Rabbits" handicapped accessible? Is there a handicapped section at the concerts?
What happens if I lose my ticket? Is Toms River Fest a rain or shine event? Yes. Can I bring a camera, video, or audio recorder? What kind of food will be at Toms River Fest? There will be a selection of standard festival fare, plus healthier options and beverages. Alcohol will NOT be served at Toms River Fest. Are strollers allowed into the venue? Yes. And we'll also have a free stroller parking area inside the Ritacco Center complex for your convenience. Will there be an ATM on site? Yes. ATM locations will be clearly marked in the official Toms River Fest program guide, which you'll receive upon entry. Will there be first aid on site? Absolutely. What other policies should I be aware of? I'm a photographer or member of the press - how can I set up interviews or receive a photo pass? How can I get information on being a vendor at Toms River Fest? Vending for this year's event is closed. Who can I speak to in regards to sponsoring Toms River Fest? Sponsorships for this year's event are closed. Are you hiring people to work or volunteer at the event? Not at this time. Please check back as this may change. Can I pass out flyers inside or outside the festival? No. Driving Directions to TR Fest and Area Transport Centers All patrons of Toms River Fest will need to be shuttled to and from the festival grounds. There will be no parking on campus during the event. The shuttle bus service will start running at 2pm from each Transport Center to Toms River Fest. The time of the last run from the campus will be determined each night as needed.
Transport Center locations: To park at Ocean County Parking Complex: Parkway North to Exit 81. Proceed East on West Water St. to third traffic light. Turn left onto Hooper Ave. North. Proceed through next traffic light (Washington St.) and turn right into the first one-way entrance driveway. (just past 101 Hooper Ave.). After STOP sign, turn left to enter Ocean County Parking Complex for Shuttle Buses on Madison Ave. To park at Ocean County College: Route 70 East to Route 37 East. Proceed East on Route 37 past Community Medical Center. Past the 2nd traffic light take right jug handle at Hooper Ave. (Route 549). Cross over Route 37. Proceed North on Hooper Ave. past Lowe's Home Improvement. Take jug handle at College Drive. Enter Ocean County College Campus and proceed to Parking Lots 1 or 2 for Shuttle Buses. To park at High School East: Take Route 37 East to Vaughn Avenue. Make a right onto Bay Avenue. Continue to Dunedin Road and make a right. Make a left on Raider Way and a right into the High School East parking lot. To park at Intermediate School East / Hooper Ave. School: Take Brick Blvd and continue straight as road becomes Hooper Avenue. Stay in left hand lane and turn left into Intermediate East / Hooper Avenue Elementary parking lot for Shuttle Buses. To park at Ocean County College: Take Brick Blvd and continue straight as road becomes Hooper Avenue. Stay in right hand lane and turn right at College Drive. Follow signs for parking lot and the Shuttle Buses. To park at Intermediate North School (formerly Intermediate West): Take Route 70 to New Hampshire Ave. towards Toms River. Follow New Hampshire as it becomes Old Freehold Road. Make a right onto Intermediate West Way. Follow signs to parking lot and Shuttle Buses.
